Send the guests home with the feeling that they have lived a night in Japan.

The Solution

Creating a truly subterranean look started with a 20 metre-long bar, crowned with a projected ceiling feature of five HD projectors.

Suspended LED billboards throughout the space evoked a portal to the world above – ‘We brought the street underground’.

A mammoth wall of LCD monitors became a tribute to the ACMI’s gallery aspect, with evoke turning this into a dynamic moving art installation with timelapse footage and Japanese inspired imagery.

The Result

A one-off event that left a lasting impression with all 500 guests.
